Simply a home based operation that strives to share the amazing coffees we find and fall in love with.

Our mission is to not be perceived as a business or competitor in the coffee industry, but rather as just a roasting project who simply likes to make good coffee and share it with others. We hope to enlighten our customers to create a sense of community and to have memorable moments/conversations with the people around them through our coffee.

Each coffee we select is carefully roasted to match it's prime flavor profile and then sent straight to analysis before we release it on our website. We constantly rotate our selection at our own pace that way our customers always have something new to try. For us, quality and consistency is everything and every coffee we introduce into our collection is treated with the greatest care and attention. Coffee is an art and an experience to us and we want our customers to feel the same way.

Lastly, we want coffee to be the centerpiece between a shared moment. Whether it's a first date, meeting up with a friend (old or new), a big job interview, an important business meeting, you name it! Coffee is a beverage that brings people together and we hope to grow our community through what we do.
